Although it came in wrinkled, I put a little heat on it with a blow dryer and it straightened out nicely. Just don't hold the heat in one area for too long.I love the fact that my new desk pad prevents the build-up of oils from my hands as I work. Add to that the cushioning when I lean my elbows on the desk while reading online, and the comfort this pad provides is hard to beat. Finally, the fact that it is reversible increases its usefulness.The one complaint is the fact that the pad does not sit still. It does slide around on the desk! My solution: add a silicone non-slip mat under it. Once a keyboard is placed over it, the silicone is undetectable, but holds the desk pad in place. The one I received was a lighter color than the one in the photo, but it went well with my desk mat so it works.I like this item! not the best quality that's why i only put 4 out of 5 stars.
